Financial service firms must provide an image of strength and trust. They also need to communicate their ability to connect with their clients, and that they are a trusted adviser across generations. This new site for Budros, Ruhlin & Roe accomplished these goals, and AFS Web provided extensive custom programming to move their business forward. We built a custom .NET Client Portal to provide smart document view tracking, client data management, client document view and upload as well as many other client-focused features in a dashboard setting.
Some key things we did...
- Created a secure (Qualys approved) custom Client Portal Dashboard
- Saved staff time with new tools for reporting to regulatory bodies regarding required document review
